Cardio Tennis is a fitness program designed to provide players of all skill levels with a high-energy tennis workout. Its a fun way to burn calories outside the gym alongside other tennis enthusiasts.
Each class combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise and heart-pumping music to deliver the ultimate, full body, calorie-burning aerobic workout. Hour-long sessions begin with a warm-up, followed by a mix of cardio- and play-based drills, and end with a cool-down segment.
