What is Cardio Tennis?

Exercise music, low-compression balls and a variety of equipment, such as agility ladders are just a few ingredients of this heart-pumping program. At the end of the session following a cool down segment, participants can check stats from their heart-rate monitor to see the cardio health benefits that can be achieved even when fitness is fun!
